We had a major breakdown in Clydebank yesterday. Once the RAC eventually contacted m8, they were in contact with us. Reassuring and knowledgeable (we had already been waiting 4 hours) they were excellent. Chris, the driver, was top man. Courteous, helpful and considerate. He is a credit to your company. His co-worker, Alan, immediately understood our situation and was as effortlessly helpful. Thank you so much. Brilliant service 👏. Bravo.

One year on, we are using M8 services again. This time broke down on motorway, scary. Once the AA had ordered the breakdown truck, M8 were there within the hour, brilliant. David was our driver, what a man! So helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Once again, a credit to your company. Thank you so much. Bravo 👏 👏.

Time and traffic wait for no one, on a busy night the wait was long, but it was a pleasure to see the guy Gary who turned up knew his job very well. Undrivable car dropped off perfectly on a awkward driveway saving me alot of hassle. Great service.

First class service from start to finish, the call handler was very professional and called me back with details of when to expect the recovery vehicle to arrive and the price. Ben, the recovery driver, was extremely pleasant and efficient, got my van on the truck in no time, and had me home without any hassle. Would recommend M8 recovery to anyone, and Ben is a credit to the company. 5-star treatment!

My wife came back from holiday yesterday and on way home from airport our car broke down. We called AA and they sent out M8 recovery. We were so pleased to see the recovery truck arrive. Out jumped Ben what a very helpful pleasant guy. Got our vehicle on the truck and got us home. Ben was excellent and would say an asset to M8 recovery team. Helped pinpoint fault at house and got it fixed next day. Big thanks to Ben just the type of guy you want to see coming to help you. Thanks M8 recovery Andrew P Maybole.

While on holiday with my family from the states and preparing to depart for the highlands, we ended up with two flats which threatened to ruin our trip. The car hire company approved for us to be towed to a tire place for repairs. Steve, our driver, was amazing. The location we were sent did not have tires in the size we needed. They could get them but we would need to wait three days. Steve could have dropped the car and been on his way considering he had done his part. But he didn’t. While AA was telling us to leave the car and taxi back to the airport to rent another car, Steve was making phone calls to find another location that could help us that day. He told us he wasn’t going to drop us off and leave us without a way to get tires. Steve found a location, drove us another 20 miles and made sure the tire place would be able to help us that day before he would drop the car and leave us. His kindness and generosity meant so much to me and my family. Thanks to Saint Steve we were able to continue with our holiday. My family and I will be forever grateful!

Car got bogged in mud! M8 recovery was really helpful and got my car lifted out, quick and good service.
