Commendations for Our Team

At M8 Recovery, we take great pride in the dedication and professionalism of our team. Every day, our recovery patrols work tirelessly to support motorists in need, often going above and beyond to ensure that people are kept safe and mobile.

We were delighted to receive a visit from the AA this week at our Paisley, Glasgow depot. During the visit, two of our colleagues – Jay Richford and David Walker – were formally presented with commendations in recognition of their outstanding service.

The AA shared the following feedback:


“Again, I had the pleasure in visiting M8 Recovery, Paisley, Glasgow today. The visit was to deliver 2 commendations to Recovery patrols Jay Richford and David Walker, who went above and beyond their duties to provide an excellent service to our members.”


This recognition is a testament not only to Jay and David’s commitment, but also to the values we uphold as a team. Their actions reflect the professionalism, care, and dedication that define M8 Recovery.

We are incredibly proud of Jay and David for setting such a high standard and for representing the company in the best possible way. Their hard work makes a real difference to our customers and continues to strengthen our partnership with the AA.
